This page will outline:
For our sites, including roofkatgames.com, warpthrough.com and our Steam pages, we use Weebly's analytics (www.weebly.com/uk/privacy), Google analytics (https://policies.google.com/privacy) as well as Steam's own analytics (https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/).
These third parties gather data on visitors to our sites, for us to better understand our audience and improve our products. This data is anonymized and we will do our best to ensure none of this can be traced back to any specific individual.
For WarpThrough, we collect and store data necessary to maintain the leaderboards, as well as to detect whether an entry is valid. This includes your Steam or Device ID, as well as a number of values taken from the game e.g. your score, enemies killed, the name you fill in, and more. If you would like to anonimize your entry in the leaderboards, please contact [email protected]. We may require you to submit proof that this entry is indeed yours.
We also collect data on our games from Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/).
For WarpThrough's Beta, we collect and store data to better understand our players and improve WarpThrough. This includes your Steam or Device ID, as well as a number of values taken from the game e.g. your score, the name you fill in, how long you've played and more. This differs from the leaderboards as it includes data from the entire game, instead of just the weekly challenges.
For WarpThrough's Mailing list, we store email addresses and names, as well as some additional information such as where you signed up (at an event, on the site, etc). We use this information to send you updates about our products, as you seem to be interested! If you would like to be removed from the mailing list, you can do that here. If you email us directly, we will store the information you provide to help you as well as we can.
We will release personal data to the authorities if we are compelled to do so by law.
We value your trust in providing us your data, and will strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of digital storage is 100% secure and reliable, and therefore we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will do our best to keep those using our services up to date on any changes (excluding minor changes that do not change the meaning of the policy), but if you are not following our mailing list or other channels, you will have to stay up to date on this policy yourself.
